What you’ll need:

2-3 lbs of chicken wings

½ cup Tandoori  sauce (or approx. 1/3 of jar)

½ cup of plain Greek yogurt

Canola oil spray

What to do:

  1. Place chicken in a mixing bowl with 1/2 cup of yogurt and ½ cup of Tandoori sauce. Mix and let marinate for 30 to 60 minutes, or overnight if you have the time.

  2. Preheat grill to 375 ° F

  3. Cover the grill with foil and spray with oil, and put the wings with little space between to cook evenly. Cook on the foil for about 30 minutes, turning the wings ½ way through. You can finish them directly on the grill (remove foil)

  4. Wings are done at 165 ° F - ENJOY
