To help you with your resolution we recommended a recently launched book, “Pure Prairie Eating Plan”. Pure Prairie Eating Plan, was developed by Dr. Catherine Chan and Dr. Rhonda Bell (professors at University of Alberta) with fresh local food, practical menu ideas and health and nutrition in mind. In fact, most of the ingredients include what we can grow and raise in Alberta.
